    D is correct

    Passthrough IDE (raw). Use mode only for remote client device access.

    Emulate IDE. Use to access a host CD-ROM device.

    The link below clearly says :

    In the four proposed answers it is said :

    I think sentence formulation is misleading or wrong witch is normal
    but not when all the proposed answers are incorrect ..
