why Enable vSphere HA on the cluster is part of a Auto Deployment?
    what is wrong with c:
Install the Auto Deploy service on the VCSA?

The Auto Deploy Server is already installed on the appliance, but it is disabled… You only have to enable the service.

You need HA, because of you vCenter server is almost always available. You can’t run your environment too long without vCenter.
So, it is best practice to enable HA

    Auto Deploy Best Practices
This section discusses several Auto Deploy best practices. See the VMware Knowledge Base for additional best practice information.
Auto Deploy and vSphere HA Best Practices
You can improve the availability of the virtual machines running on hosts provisioned with Auto Deploy by following best practices.

For hosts that can be part of a vSphere cluster, follow these steps.
    a
Enable vSphere HA on the cluster.
    b
Include the vmware-fdm VIB in the image profile that you want to use.
    c
Use PowerCLI to write a rule that assigns that image profile to the target hosts.
If the image profile does not include the vmware-fdm VIB, a warning message appears on the PowerCLI console when you run the New-DeployRule or Copy-DeployRule cmdlet. The message includes information on how to add the VIB. See vmware-fdm Warning Message When You Assign an Image Profile to Auto Deploy Host.

The majority of answers I find on this site conflict with real exam answers. There is no quality checking when two people come up with conflicting answers.

This site is not intended to be your main source of information for exams, you are supposed to actually study for them on your own (if you’ve ever heard of that) – this site isn’t to learn about vmware, it’s to make sure you dont waste money because the exams have difficult and some would argue unfair questions that could easily be looked up and not necessarily memorized, or would never be an issue if you didnt have them memorized in the real world.
